Exchange and Return

General Provisions

To enhance the quality of service for the Visitors of the site https://reytel.ua/ or https://reytel.ua, we provide information about the procedure for exchanging and returning Products purchased on the Site, located at the address: https://reytel.ua/ or https://reytel.ua (hereinafter – the Site). The Administration pays very close attention to the needs of users who visit the Site. Therefore, based on the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, this Product Exchange and Return Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) has been developed.

Scope of this Policy

The Policy applies to all goods purchased on the Site.

Main principles of the return and exchange policy:

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and Appendix No. 3 List of goods of proper quality not subject to exchange (return), approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"» jewelry made from precious metals of proper quality are not subject to exchange and return. However, the Seller reserves the right to accept Products that the Buyer wishes to return at its discretion. Other goods of proper quality are subject to return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Goods of proper quality that lack a tag, show noticeable signs of use, or have mechanical damage are not subject to return. Also, goods that were manufactured or altered according to an individual order cannot be returned.

The exchange (return) of the Product is carried out taking into account the requirements of Section 4 "Quality of the Product and warranty period" and Section 7 "Rules for storage and use" of the Offer Agreement.

Procedure for exchange or return:

The Buyer must:

- contact the hotline using the phone number indicated on the site or connect via messengers, tell the manager about the Product that the buyer wishes to return (exchange);

- agree with the manager on the possibility and details of the return (exchange) of the Product;

- if the conditions for return (exchange) are agreed upon by the parties, arrange with the manager the method of carrying out the operation.

The exchange (return) is carried out:

- using the courier service "Nova Poshta" without specifying cash on delivery;

- returns with cash on delivery or directly to the courier "in hand" are not allowed;

- the buyer pays the costs of reverse delivery (return) and re-sending;

- exchange of products is possible for any other jewelry items, in any quantity within the value of the purchased item, or more expensive, but with the condition of paying the difference in price;

- a deposit for goods made to order (or with individual engraving), in case of the client's refusal from the product is not refunded.

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the money paid for the goods is returned in accordance with the form of payment for the purchase of the goods: either by card (taking into account the payment system with which the payment was made) or in cash at the place of receipt of the goods (if payment was made in cash).

Changes to the Terms of the Product Exchange and Return Policy.

By using the Site, the user accepts all the terms of this Product Exchange and Return Policy and understands that unilateral changes can be made to our Policy. Any changes made to this Policy must be published by the Site administration mandatorily.
