1. Within 7 (seven) working days from the moment of receiving the Order if the Goods are available in the Seller's stock
2. Within 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment of receiving the Order if the Buyer's Order is placed for Goods that require manufacturing or additional processing (by agreement of the parties)
3. Within 90 (ninety) working days from the moment of receiving the Order if the Buyer's Order is placed for Goods that require manufacturing or additional processing of increased complexity and/or with a long production cycle (by agreement of the parties)
4. At another term agreed by the Buyer and the Seller

• Delivery methods

1. To the Nova Poshta branch, the cost of delivery is from UAH 100, when ordering more than 5000 hryvnias delivery is free
2. By Nova Poshta courier to the house. The cost is UAH 150, for orders over the amount 7000 hryvnias delivery is free
3. Delivery time 1-3 days

• Payment

1. Online payment using payment system: possible by Visa, Mastercard, as well as using Apple Pay, Google Pay.
2. Payment in installments from Privatbank and Monobank. Special offer for credit card holders, which allows you to buy goods in installments with a minimum interest rate and the possibility making payments in equal parts over two or three months.
3. Payment upon receipt of the parcel. The cost of the service is UAH 20. + 2% of the transfer amount.
